Shady Garden
This pretty garden lies on the north side of mature trees, so the lawn suffers from damp shade. In the garden design plan, I replaced the mossy lawn with simple paved squares and stepping-stone paths.

Borders are mulched with weed-suppressing fabric and bark, and planted with a range of shade-loving shrubs and herbs.
